No matter how many foreign locations be used for filming Bollywood movies, the Indian audience relates to the stories and places the most when they are shot at local spots in India. There are many locations where movies of Alia Bhatt were shot and on her birthday today, we are much glad to remember those!

1. Parra Road, Goa: Dear Zindagi

If you don't know yet, let us tell you that Parra road is now popular with the name, 'Dear Zindagi Road' in North Goa. The reason? well, the beautiful scenes of Alia Bhatt running and cycling on this road in 'Dear Zindagi' is enough. Now, you can see many tourists coming here just to stroll through the road and take tonnes of pictures!

2. Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Varanasi: Bramhastra

The recent hit of Alia Bhatt with her co-star and husband Ranbir Kapoor, Bramhastra, has been shot on various local spots, out of which Kashi Vishwanath temple of Varanasi had captured the attention. One of the Jyotirlingas in India, this temple has aided in making the song, 'Kesariya', even more appealing and no doubt, it was one of the musical hits of 2022!

3. Valleys of Gulmarg, Kashmir: Student Of The Year

This iconic song called Ishq wala love not only topped the charts that very year but also topped our hearts. It also left us wondering where the iconic video was shot and it was none other than the valleys of Gulmarg, Kashmir. This song had Alia Bhatt, who looked extremely gorgeous in the entire movie co-starring Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. This song surely made the Valleys of Gulmarg a more ishq wala place.

4. Coonoor, Tamil Nadu: Kapoor and sons

Throughout the entire movie, our minds couldn't stop thinking about the classic Kapoor house and its location. The place where the movie was shot, is Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, where the whole place is surrounded by gorgeous views and greenery. Fun fact: that house was not a set but a real hotel, and now people know it as the Kapoor house. Tourists spend time there on vacation, live there and click lots of pictures.

5. Dharavi, Mumbai: Gullyboy

We still can't get over how flawlessly Alia Bhatt played the character of Safeena and, of course, her famous dialogues. This movie is based on the lives of rappers Divine and Naezy and was shot in the city of dreams, our very own Bombay, at a place called Dharavi. The way the narrow lanes or the galis of the Dharavi were shown in the starting sequences as well as throughout the film, make it a visual treat.
