Sultan in Radisson Blu Kaushambi in Delhi NCR is our new favourite for Tikkas!

If you take your non-veg seriously, Sultan in Radisson Blu Kaushambi is a must-visit. This restaurant has various cuisines but for us, the tikkas were its win.

Located in the five-star Radisson Blu Kaushambi Delhi NCR, Sultan is a spacious and gorgeous multi-cuisine restaurant. Offering a wide variety of food, this restaurant is pretty colourful and vibrant and has a capacity of 150 people. We recently dined in here and also explored the hotel a little along with the other two restaurants and so here’s a quick glimpse of everything.

Melt-in-mouth kebabs and tikkas

One thing that you must not miss at this restaurant is its Non-veg Platter. A treat for all the tikka and kebab lovers, this platter is enough for two people and features Mutton Seekh Kebabs, Malai chicken, and chicken tikkas. It was a 10/10 for us as the meat was super tender, moist, and juicy. Seekh kebabs had a kick of spice; the Tikka was a bit tangy, minty, and refreshing, while the malai chicken was creamy, soft, and very well-cooked. The quantity was good too.

Other than that, their Asian menu is equally delectable, and since we are huge Thai fans, we decided to order Thai Curry with Rice. It was a little on the sour side and had a savoury flavour. Overall, it was a nice dish.

What else?

There are two more options for you if you are planning to dine here. If you are a fan of rustic and vintage ambience, The Kebab Factory is what we suggest. The Mughal-inspired antique décor is worth your Instagram feed, we feel. For those who are up for cocktails and especially beer, we suggest checking Brew House, as they brew their own beer in-house and have gorgeous brewing vessels on display and the DJ also performs every night.

We also explored the hotel a little and couldn’t help but appreciate how gorgeous it actually is. It has great staying options, with 147 rooms and suites. We stayed in their Superior Room for a quick nap and loved the minimal vibe of this place. There are Deluxe, Business class rooms and suites as well, that are equipped with different amenities including elixir spa, salons, and more.
