This festival will have everything North-East-West-South regions of India. Chef Saurabh Singh at Seven Seas Hotel aims to recreate the ultimate culinary experience and to promote the regional dishes of India among Delhiites by showcasing different cuisines state-wise with a wide range of variety of more than 100 selected traditional delicacies in the menu.
From street style Papdi Chaat to Putu with Kadla Curry; Litti Chokha to Pav Bhaji and enhancing experience more with the traditional thematic decor. There will also be famous regional dishes like Kashmir ki Nadar ke Goolar, Kerala ki Pacchakari Pollichathu, Calcutta Club Kachori Aloo ki Sabzi, Ragda Pattice, Gujrati Chole Puri, Vada Chennai, Odisha ki Dalma, Bengal ki Tangra Macher Jhol, Parsi Style Masala Dal, Rasgulley ki Sabzi, Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Chicken xacutti which is a Goan Hindu specialty made with 18 spices and various options in desserts such as Matka Phirni, launglata, Mysore Pak and Basundi.

Our beverage team has done deep research to bring the authentic taste and serving style by showcasing live stations of beverages by maintaining the regional concept and look,” says Tarunpreet Singh, F&B manager. Beverages options include Bihar ka Sattu, Indore ki Nariyal Shikanji, Kashmiri Kahwa and Madrasi filter coffee.
