1. Indore bags 'cleanest city' for the sixth time

Indore has received the title of the "cleanest city" for the sixth time in a row. In the 'Swachh Survekshan Awards 2022', Indore bagged the title, followed by Surat and Navi Mumbai. Moreover, Madhya Pradesh has also been given the title of the 'best-performing state.'

The Indian Air Force received the first batch of indigenously developed light-combat helicopter which is made in India. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh attended the introduction ceremony in Jodhpur on Monday. The move is likely to boost the capacities of defence.

The Aravalli mountain ranges that lie in the range of Gurugram and Nuh districts will be developed as the largest curated safari park on an area of 10,000 acres. Haryana will develop this plan to make a record after Africa's Sharjah, UAE park.

5. Uttarakhand to offer 'Jail Tourim' for tourists

Tourists will be able to experience the real-time jail experience in Haldwani Jail which was built in 1903 and is now 100 years old. The tickets will cost Rs. 500, wherein people will be given full exposure to a jail life. Currently, the work is in progress for the guests.

6. No petrol Or diesel in Delhi if failed to produce the PUC

According to a new rule by the Delhi government, no petrol or diesel will be given to vehicle owners who fail to produce their pollution certificates. The deadline has been kept to October 25 for the implementation of the rule. The move is likely to strike off the functioning of the vehicles that produce harmful air to the environment.
