Dine at India Bistro in Chembur to bite on a regionally inspired Indian fare along with cocktails & mocktails!

Craving some lip-smacking Indian food and planning to have a foodilicious time with your dear ones? Head to India Bistro in Chembur for it because the ambience, taste, and drinks here are wonderful and worth your penny!

If weekend for you is about going out with your family and enjoying food while chatting and discussing every possible thing, then India Bistro in Chembur can be a good option. This place has a peaceful and minimalistic ambience where an open bar welcomes you with its lit counter while the warm vibe of the space makes it cozier. To end our Friday on a good note, we decided to have dinner at India Bistro and loved every bit of it.

As soon as you grab your seats, a plate of complementary Pani puri will be served on your table. But unlike the normal pani puris, the sweet and spiced water is filled in 2 huge syringes, and you'll have to inject the water into the puris! It was so much fun to have these flavourful pani puris, and we must say the taste was no less than the classic roadside ones!!

These Pani Puris had left us craving for more chaat, and so we ordered Dahi Palak Ki Chaat and what a delightful affair it was. The Palak Patta was crunchy, and the sweetened Dahi was just perfect. One of the best Dahi Palak ki Chaat we've ever tried, and so you should too.

If you are a chicken lover, the chicken appetizers at India Bistro will leave you satisfied. We tried a plate of Firangi Chicken, and the flavours are still making our mouths salivate. Order this if you want a spicy and lip-smacking start to your meal. The vegetarians can go ahead with Rajme ki Galouti. It was soft enough to melt in our mouths and can be a good pick for vegetarians.

From the Mains

We suggest you continue your meal with Diwani Subz Handi and Lehsuni Paneer Masala. Both the dishes were loaded with vegetables, and the Paneer in the latter was just so soft. The garlic paneer masala was the star here, but we feel it could have been more garlicky and creamier.

For the non-vegetarians, Lazeez Murgh Tikka Masala would be our recommendation. The thick red gravy with bite-sized chicken tikka pieces was flavourful and would satiate your hunger pangs.

Throughout the dinner, we kept sipping the in-house mocktails and loved how delightfully coconutty the Coconut Lychee Mocker was. The Mandarin Basil Caipiroska is a good option for those who like the hint of tangerine to their drinks. Overall it was a meal to remember, and if you also want to enjoy a nice dining experience with your fam jam with classic Indian dishes, India Bistro is a place you should head to.
