As several parts of India observe a rise in temperature starting in March, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued orange alerts in states like Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, UP, and Odisha. The move has been taken as these states touched the temperature of 46 degrees even before May.

Haryana is set to hold the fourth edition of the ‘Khelo India Games’ this year. The event will start from June 4, 2022, to June 13, 2022. Reportedly, it will be held at various places like Panchkula, Ambala, Shahabad, Chandigarh, and Delhi.

6. Indigo becomes the first airline to land using the Indian navigation system

Indigo has become the first airline to land its aircraft using India’s satellite-based augmentation system named GAGAN or GPS-aided GEO Augmented Navigation. The aircraft landed at Kishangarh airport, near Ajmer in Rajasthan, as a trial landing.
