We tried their food recently and fell in love with the quality and the taste this newly opened cloud kitchen offers. Keep reading to see what we liked and what we didn't.

Starter:

The feast began with a bite of chewy Chicken Dimsums. They were topped with shredded carrots, capsicum, and spring onions. Though the dimsums did look pretty dry, they weren't! The chicken inside was flavorful, and it went pretty well with the spicy dip. One thing that we liked the most about it was that it was not much greasy and was perfectly steamed.

Mains:

We then dug into stir-fried Noodles that came with Chicken in hot garlic sauce, and it was indeed a spicy affair. The chicken was tender and was lathered in the sauce. The noodles also had a sunny side up with it, and as this combination (noodles with spicy sauce and eggs) can never go wrong, we were happy to see that Hung-Li didn't forget this food parampara! Overall, the main was spicy, well-cooked, and ravishing.

We also sipped a bottle of orange Lemonade which was pretty refreshing. It did help us clean our palette after every few bites and the sweet orange flavor was great.

Reasons to order from Hung-Li

1. Packaging : It was neat, there weren't even a single stain on the boxes, and was pretty easy to unpack.
2. The quantity: The serving portion was just right for one person, and it didn't feel heavy on our stomach. Reminded us of good chinese food.

Our take on the food

Hung-Li is a delight for those who love spicy food, but then since it is pretty hot, people with low spice tolerance may not enjoy it. So, to capture such customers, we'll suggest they come up with a customizable menu, with different spice levels, so that people who can't take spice can also savor.
