Amongst other old clubs, Tito's, the popular club in Goa, used to be a hanging out spot for people living in North Goa that also used to attract tourists.
The good one side of North Goa is set to say bye to Goa for good with Tito's, the popular club, selling off its properties to a Punjab-based casino operator.
The information was shared by Ricardo D'Souza, one of the promoters of the club. However, he chose to remain silent on the identity of the new acquirer.
While the closure resulted due to differences between the club and the local authorities, D'Souza mentioned that he expects his employees to get employment in Goa.
D'Souza also thanked the people of Goa and all those who contributed to making Tito's, a brand name. Situated at Calangute, the club used to be a hotspot for party lovers, mostly filled with domestic travellers.
