The state government of Rajasthan has put new restrictions on Rajasthan while also announcing night curfew in the state from April 5.
The night curfew will commence from 8 pm and will continue time 6 am. The classes from 1 to 9 at schools will be closed in the state from April 5 to April 19.
The government has also ordered the closure of multiplexes, gyms, and college classes, except for final-year students.
However, students will be allowed to take their practical classes after taking permission. Also, nursing and medical colleges will operate like before.
The Rajasthan government has restricted the number of people at social gatherings to a total of 100.
New restrictions in Rajasthan for hotels
During the curfew timings, restaurants and hotels will only be allowed for the "take-away" facilities. Swimming pools will also be closed during this hour.
The government has also made it mandatory for travellers from outside the state to carry and submit a negative Coronavirus report. The report should not be older than 72 hours from the time of arrival in Rajasthan.
For the proper enforcement of rules, a special drive will also be carried out by the government.
Rajasthan had reported two deaths and 1,729 Coronavirus cases on Sunday taking the total cases to 3,39,325.
