This Kulhad Wala Pizza in Surat is super cheesy and looks totally Instagrammazing!

A slice of Pizza a day keeps the sadness away, but in Surat, a spoonful of pizza will do this job. A local eatery named 'The Cone Chaat' has come up with India's very first Kulhad pizza, and it looks amazing!

If Pizza is your bae, and Pizza is your life, then head to 'The Cone Chaat' in Surat for a cheesy delight! It's time to try something hatke, and bite on this Kulhad wala pizza', because what would you even do isse bachke!

In this Pizza we don't crust!

The Cone Chaat is a small chaat joint in Adajan Patiya, and serves chaat with a twist. Giving a tough takkar to your cone pizza, this eatery is quite famous among the local people for its cone chaat. Their menu features some delicious names like cheese cone chaat, and paneer cone chaat. But, one thing which is the talk of the town these days is, their unique Kulhad wala pizza, and we are quite impressed with its cheesy look, and the overall presentation.

The preparation of this Kulhad pizza is interesting too. Firstly, the vendor makes the filling consisting of corn, tomatoes, pizza bread, paneer/capsicum, and three different types of sauces. There's a special masala also which is added later in this mixture with oregano. After mixing them well with a spoon, the vendor then fills clay pots with it. A handful of cheese is added, along with the sauces, and then another layer of the pizza filling is added. Before keeping the Kulhads in the oven, a layer of Mozzarella cheese is sprinkled on it with their special masala.



Once the Kulhads are taken out from the oven, they are served on a disposable plate, and oooh, the final look is all cheesy, and crazy! The Cone Chaat has 2 main options, one comes with corn, and the other one comes with capsicum. Other than these, they have more than 16 Kulhad combos.
