If you are a kadi chawal fan, then you have to try this epic kullad wale kadi chawal at 'Palli Kadi chawal' in Saharanpur. This small stall is running successfully for the last 30 years and has one of the best kadi, chole, and rajma chawal in the whole UP!



The kadi is cooked in a huge cauldron(pot) and has enough pakodas (fritters) to satisfy your tastebuds. The rice, on the other hand, is yellow and perfectly cooked. The vendor first fills half of the Kullad with the piping hot kadi, then a plate of rice is added to it. The kadi chawal is then topped with tempered red chilies, green chutney, and a handful of salad. The final look of this kadi looks absolutely mouthwatering, and will definitely burn your mouth because it is steaming hot.



Get your hands on their chole chawal too, which comes with crispy puris. And, experience the taste of UP flavours in a kullad!
