Fibonacci X, a Gurgaon-based venture platform, launched VenturEdu, a first-of-its-kind residential program designed to help first-time founders build investible and scalable startups. Spread across India and the UAE, VenturEdu is positioned as the country’s first cross-border residential venture-building format. The 14-month-long PGP in Entrepreneurship program is open to working professionals, graduates, and early entrepreneurs. Applications open in the first week of December 2025, and admissions will occur in March 2026.

VenturEdu aims to combine structured learning with hands-on venture building. Fifty founders will be selected for the inaugural cohort, from which 15 ideas will receive pre-seed or seed funding through Fibonacci X or its network of more than 100 investors. The selected founders will work in teams to develop the final 15 ideas, chosen for their viability, scalability, and the complementary skills of the applicants. Founders who require more time can continue building on campus for an additional six months.

A central feature of the program is the V-Unit, where each idea is assigned to a five-member mentor group including a go-to-market specialist, financial advisor, brand advisor, sector mentor with Series A+ experience, and an academic-industry partner. “Our mission is to advance the startup culture in India by ensuring first-time founders build scalable ventures from day one, with direct access to capital, mentorship, and industry guidance,” said Kulmani Rana, Founder and CEO of VenturEdu.

Saurabh Agarwal, Co-founder of Angel Bay and advisory board member at VenturEdu, added, “Structured venture education can help improve India’s startup success rate, which currently stands at less than 10%.” With India now the world’s third-largest startup ecosystem, VenturEdu aims to bridge the gap between raw ideas and fundable businesses.
