Renuka Jagtiani currently serves as the CEO of Landmark Group, which was founded by her late husband Micky Jagtiani, who passed away in May 2023. The Landmark Group was established in 1973 with a single store in Bahrain but later expanded worldwide as a prominent retail and hospitality entity. Before this, Micky Jagtiani drove a cab in London before relocating to Bahrain. He initially managed his late brother's shop in Bahrain, marking the inception of the Landmark Group. The company now boasts over 25 proprietary brands spanning retail, hospitality, food, and leisure sectors.

Under Renuka Jagtiani's leadership, who joined the company in 1993, the company underwent a major transformation, pioneering omnichannel retail practices nearly a decade ago. Jagtiani's roots trace back to Mumbai, where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Mumbai. She earned a place on the list of billionaires a few months after entering the Forbes India rich list.

Jagtiani's list of accolades is extensive. She received the Outstanding Asian Business Woman of the Year award in January 2007 at the Asian Business Awards Middle East. She was also named Businesswoman of the Year at the Gulf Business Industry Awards in 2012. In 2015, she was honored with the Strategic Leader of the Year award at the Indian CEO Awards, and the following year, she received the Captain of the Industry Award from the Stars of Business Award. Jagtiani was inducted into the 'Hall of Fame' at the World Retail Congress in January 2017.

Regarding her personal life, Jagtiani is a mother of three—Aarti, Nisha, and Rahul—who also serve as group directors at Landmark.
