Virat Kohli’s one8 Commune Launches New Outlet in Jaipur, Its 13th Across India

one8 Commune, the hospitality venture associated with Virat Kohli, has announced the launch of its newest outlet in Jaipur. This is the brand’s 13th location and follows recent expansions in Indore, Pune and Gurgaon. The Jaipur outpost is located at Horizon Tower near the World Trade Centre and aims to offer a space that brings together food, design, and community.

The venue has been designed by Sanjana Singh from Saaz Designs and features a mix of textures, natural materials, and layered lighting. Elements such as handwoven cane inserts, warm wooden rafters, macramé chandeliers, and an open courtyard with palm trees and cabanas create an environment that merges open space with indoor comfort. A central glasshouse with sculptural accents, a preserved dry tree, and a floating chandelier is positioned as a quiet space within the venue.

The food menu brings together local and regional influences with some updated interpretations. Dishes such as Dal Baati Chaat, Beetroot Jalebi Chaat, and Karela Namkeen reflect local flavours with a different approach, while other offerings include Soy Keema Phyllo Rolls, Banjara Chicken Kebab Tacos, Nepalese Jhol Momos, and Lehsuni Palak Burrata. The menu spans a variety of options including one-pot bowls, dim sum, risottos, and curries such as Safed Maas and Champaran Mutton. Desserts include Ferrero Rocher pull-me-ups, tres leches, and blueberry almond skillet cakes.

The outlet introduces what it describes as Jaipur’s first dedicated Martini Menu. This includes drinks paired with hand-stuffed olives and prepared using table-side service. Variants include Salty Parm, which uses parmesan fat-washed vodka and sea salt popcorn, Toasted Bread & Feta with olive brine and caramel, and Blood & Sand, a combination of cherry vodka and orange gin. Other classic options include the Dirty Vesper and Lawford Shift.

The cocktail programme titled Reflections uses techniques such as clarification, milk-washing, and sous vide infusion to emphasise clean flavours. Drinks in this menu include Victoria Blossom, Cola Island, Matinee Magic, Pop da Corn, Jazz Mango, Mango Picante, and Golden Harvest.

The coffee programme at one8 Commune Jaipur features locally sourced, freshly roasted beans. Offerings include manual brews like Aeropress, coffee shakes such as berry with coffee and biscoff with espresso, and a signature Affogato made with coffee-chocolate ice cream, espresso, cold-pressed olive oil, and toasted nuts.

With this launch, one8 Commune continues to expand its presence across India, creating venues that integrate design, food, and beverage in a setting intended for community interaction.
