MangoPoint Raises USD 1 Million in Pre-Series A Round Led by Inflection Point Ventures

MangoPoint secures $1M to drive global mango exports with a clean supply chain, FDA-approved packhouse, and a vision to lead India’s fruit export story.

MangoPoint, an indian startups of premium exporter of chemical-free, single-origin Indian farm fresh mangoes and processed mango products, has secured USD 1 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Inflecion Point Ventures (IPV). The round also saw participation from The Chennai Angels, Native Angel Network, Keiretsu Forum India, Fondation Botnar, IIM-CAN, Metis Family Office, and JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation (JIIF).

MangoPoint currently handles over 2,000 MT of mangoes annually and is targeting tenfold growth. It is also the first packhouse in Tamil Nadu accredited by both APEDA and NPPO, with FDA clearance for exports to key markets. Founded in 2018, MangoPoint supplies high-quality, naturally ripened mangoes to global markets, including North America and Europe. The funds will be used to expand infrastructure, improve supply chain operations, explore new international markets, and grow its processed product portfolio.

Co-founders Manjula Gandhi, Rooban and Prasanna Venkatarathnam bring decades of experience in IT, logistics, and consulting. Their leadership has helped position MangoPoint as a benchmark in quality, sustainability, and innovation in mango exports. IPV Co-founder Mitesh Shah said, “MangoPoint is addressing critical gaps in India’s mango export supply chain by introducing quality control and post-harvest innovations that align with global standards.”

India, which produces nearly half of the world’s mangoes, has a USD 20 billion domestic mango market. With growing demand for chemical-free, traceable produce, MangoPoint is poised to become a leading global player in the category.
