As per reports, Mumbai was the fastest-growing billionaire capital in the world adding 26 in the year and becoming 3rd in Asia's billionaire capital.

After having a warm 2023 Cyclone La Nino to dissipate by June this year. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in recent predictions that both the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to remain above normal in most parts of the country till May.

From Delhi to Kolkata many cities across India were marking 'Earth Hour.' Lights were turned off at many historical monuments for an hour from 9.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. to raise awareness about energy conservation.

5. Bengaluru bans Holi party and rain dance to cater through water crises in the city:

Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) on Wednesday bans the use of Cauvery water and borewell supplies for the Holi celebration activities like pool parties and rain dances to avoid wastage of water and tackle water crises in the city.
