Kult has introduced a new service that allows customers in Delhi and Gurgaon to try luxury perfumes at home. Titled ‘Perfume Trial at Home’, the service is designed to offer an alternative to conventional retail formats by bringing over 150 full-sized branded perfume testers directly to the customer’s residence.
Presented as a curated “Store-at-Home” experience, the service includes the delivery of a multi-suitcase setup accompanied by a trained fragrance expert. Customers can explore the collection at their own pace, without the typical pressure associated with in-store shopping. The service is provided free of cost and does not carry any obligation to make a purchase. If customers choose to buy, deliveries are fulfilled within 48 hours.

The initiative aims to provide a more accessible and personalised approach to perfume shopping, replacing the often hurried and impersonal experiences found in department stores or online shopping environments. It also allows for social interaction, enabling customers to host fragrance discovery sessions with friends.
Kult has launched the service in Delhi and Gurgaon as the first step in a broader national rollout. The company plans to extend the offering to Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune in the coming weeks.
This development is part of Kult’s broader strategy to create high-touch brand experiences that combine accessibility with luxury. The platform focuses on intelligent product curation and immersive experiences delivered through a user-first, app-based model. Kult recently raised funding from M3M Group, which supports the company’s plans to grow its product range, expand its technology infrastructure, and further invest in experiential commerce.
