The Game Palacio Launches Ultra-Luxe Gaming Arcade at Phoenix Palladium, Mumbai

Prasuk Jain Hospitality Ventures, in collaboration with Suved Lohia Hospitality, has announced the launch of The Game Palacio at Phoenix Palladium, Mumbai. Spanning over 26,280 sq. ft., this is the brand’s 10th outlet and its most expansive yet, introducing an ultra-luxe immersive gaming arcade housed within a retail destination.

The space brings together six boutique bowling lanes, over 80 arcade games, immersive virtual reality zones, and an in-mall cigar room. Located within one of Mumbai’s most recognised luxury retail venues, The Game Palacio aims to offer a new form of upscale leisure that merges entertainment, food, and design.

The interiors draw from old-world casinos and Art Deco influences, with black marble textures, gold-trimmed archways, and ambient emerald lighting. At the centre is a 360° island bar surrounded by lounge seating and custom chandeliers. The venue integrates classic and contemporary elements across its gaming and hospitality offerings.

Originally launched in Mumbai five years ago, The Game Palacio was developed to bring together gaming, dining, and nightlife in a single experiential format. It has since expanded to other cities including Pune, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Noida. This latest launch marks the beginning of a broader national expansion, with plans to reach 50 locations across India.

The games offered include titles such as Tomb Raider, Halo: Fireteam Raven, Super Swirl, To the Net, and Monopoly Roll-N-Go, combining nostalgic appeal with new technology. The venue’s culinary menu features items like Crabstick & Caviar and Cajun Blaze, alongside signature drinks such as the Silken Road and Maracuya La Picante.

The Game Palacio at Phoenix Palladium is part of a wider effort to expand access to upscale, multi-sensory leisure environments that combine digital innovation with physical interaction. With its focus on storytelling, spatial design, and curated play, the new venue sets the stage for further rollouts across the country.
