In a move that blends innovation with ambition, craft alcoholic beverage startup Feline Spirits has raised Rs. 5.2 crore in a pre-Series A round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The capital injection is set to power the brand’s expansion into new regions and broaden its product range across vodka, whisky, and brandy categories.
Founded by Prabhat Sharma and Rohit Saxena, the company draws on the legacy of a third-generation master blender while tailoring its spirits to suit contemporary palates. What sets the brand apart is its dedication to offering premium, handcrafted liquors in standout packaging—all at accessible price points. With the new funding, Feline Spirits aims to strengthen its footprint across India’s diverse markets and reimagine how modern consumers connect with alcohol.
The company’s journey so far has been marked by significant milestones. In FY24–25, it recorded sales of over 4.1 lakh bottles, generating more than Rs. 25 crore in revenue across eight operational markets. Backed by strategic partnerships and strong distribution across both private and government-regulated states, the brand’s reach has touched more than 20 lakh customers. Prior to this, in FY23–24, Feline sold over 2 lakh bottles monthly, demonstrating a sharp upward trajectory in both volume and value.

Ankur Mittal, Co-founder of Inflection Point Ventures, reflected on the market shift that Feline Spirits seems to be capitalising on. He highlighted how the company is bridging the stark divide between low-cost mass-market alcohol and high-priced international imports. The result is a lineup of well-crafted spirits that feel elevated yet remain affordable—challenging long-held notions about what Indian consumers can expect from local liquor brands.
What continues to drive the brand is not just its innovative packaging or accessible pricing, but a commitment to authenticity and transparency. Feline Spirits claims a gross profit of 55% in the premium segment and holds operating licenses in eight markets, including five state-run channels. With India’s alcoholic spirits market on track to reach USD 31 billion in 2024, Feline Spirits is positioning itself as more than just a product—it’s presenting a lifestyle shift for a new generation of drinkers.
