Escape Plan raised $25 million in a Series A funding round led by Jungle Ventures, with participation from Fireside Ventures and strategic investor IndiGo Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of India’s preferred airline, IndiGo. The funding comes as Escape Plan continues to scale a differentiated omni-channel travel platform across online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer channels, and offline retail.

Abhinav Pathak, Co-founder and CEO, Escape Plan, said, “As we scale across channels and geographies,
this phase is about strengthening the foundation for long-term growth. Our investors bring not just capital, but deep experience in building consumer businesses operating at scale. It is truly the partnership we needed the most. This partnership allows us to sharpen execution and unlock affordable price points in this category, which were never possible before and truly meant for Bharat and not just India.”

Rishab Malik, Managing Partner, Seed Investments, Jungle Ventures, said, "Travel is one of the few large consumer categories in India where brand trust, physical availability and repeat usage are built over years, not quarters. Escape Plan has approached this opportunity with a rare combination of patience and ambition. It has invested early in supply-chain control, distribution depth and brand consistency. That operating mindset, combined with strong early traction, gives us confidence that the company can compound into a category-defining, enduring travel vertical over the long term."

Vinay Singh, Co-Founder and Partner, Fireside Ventures, said, “Escape Plan is building a platform that feels intuitively aligned with how Indians travel today. Thoughtful design, everyday functionality, and affordability come together to create genuine recall and repeats. As the platform deepens its presence across channels, we see the foundations of a large, enduring consumer franchise in a category undergoing meaningful change.”

Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer, IndiGo said, "The rapid expansion of travel in India creates strong opportunities for businesses that are built around trust, design, and execution. Escape Plan’s focus on reliability, scale, and customer experience positions it well for this next phase of growth, and we look forward to partnering with the team over the long term."

The Series A capital will be deployed to strengthen Escape Plan’s brand, pricing and distribution across India and select international markets. Key priorities include deepening its omni-channel presence across metros, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, expanding its physical retail footprint to over 200 stores, and increasing availability across major travel hubs and corridors. The company also plans to enter select international geographies aligned with Indian outbound travel..
