Rebel Foods has announced the launch of EatSure’s first smart foodcourt in Jammu, located at Royal Nest Sapphire. This outlet is EatSure’s sixth offline store in India and its first physical presence in Jammu & Kashmir.
The smart foodcourt brings together more than ten food brands in one space, allowing customers to order from multiple restaurants in a single transaction. Spread across approximately 2,000 square feet, the outlet follows a digital-first model where orders can be placed through self-service kiosks or the EatSure app. Customers receive real-time updates via digital screens or WhatsApp once their food is ready, reducing the need to queue.
The outlet features brands including Behrouz Biryani, Faasos, Wendy’s, Sweet Truth, Lunchbox, The Good Bowl, Honest Bowl, Makhani Darbar and Dabba & Co. The offering spans dishes such as biryanis, burgers, wraps, desserts and more, giving customers a range of choices within one location.

The foodcourt includes seating for more than 50 people, designed for families, groups, and individuals who want to try multiple cuisines in one visit. Customers can combine orders from different brands in a single payment, enabling combinations such as burgers with biryani or desserts with wraps without separate transactions.
Visitors can also access menu items from Wendy’s, including its Frosty dessert and a range of burgers inspired by flavours such as Chimichurri, Cajun, Buldak, BBQ, Tandoori and Nachoburg.
EatSure’s smart foodcourts have previously launched in cities including Pune, Visakhapatnam and Nashik, and the company plans to expand further across tier-1 and tier-2 markets in India.
