Converse and GOLF WANG have announced their latest collaboration with the launch of the One Star CC Slip Pro. This is the first time the partnership has worked on the slip-on skate silhouette, delivering three colourways that take inspiration from natural landscapes while drawing on Converse’s design archive.

The One Star CC Slip Pro references Converse slip-on shoes from the 1960s, including the Deck Star Gore and Sea Star Gore. It also takes influence from the 1970s One Star line, which began as a basketball shoe before becoming a fixture in skateboarding and street culture. For this collaboration, Tyler, The Creator incorporates distinctive materials, bold tones, and GOLF WANG’s signature design perspective.

The collection features three versions. Forget Me Not uses a muted blue suede to reflect the tones of a cloudy sky. Forest Elf presents a green suede upper reminiscent of a forest floor. Black Beauty uses black suede to evoke the richness of soil. Each pair features a two-tone hairy suede upper, varnished Egret foxing tape, and a co-branded sock liner illustrated with the landscape that inspired its colourway.

Designed with skateboarding performance in mind, the One Star CC Slip Pro includes CONS traction rubber for board grip, along with a CX foam sock liner for comfort. The model balances durability and style, making it suitable for skate sessions as well as everyday wear.
