Athena Executive Search and Consulting launched TheHireHub.AI, an AI-powered hiring platform designed to address deep-rooted inefficiencies in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Developed using proprietary data from over one thousand real-world hiring mandates, the platform delivers highly contextual and battle-tested AI workflows that mirror actual recruitment decision-making. The platform uniquely combines both large language models and small language models, trained on Athena’s proprietary recruitment data, to create AI workflows that go beyond automation.
