With millets gaining well-deserved attention for their health benefits and versatility, this special menu is an ode to culinary creativity that promises to electrify the taste buds. With various dishes made with millets by Chef Bhairav Singh of Native Bombay and Chef Thomas Zacharias of The Locavore, the workshop will put on a show for the audience.
Renowned for their innovative approaches to cooking Chef Bhairav Singh of Native Bombay and Chef Thomas Zacharias of The Locavore will showcase a delectable array of millet dishes. To start with, the guests will be welcomed with a specially crafted millet-infused welcome drink Bajra Ki Raab that sets the tone for the gastronomic journey ahead.
Indulge in a diverse range of flavours with delectable Nachni ki Shami, Bhatti ki Kukdi, and Kutki Phirni accompanied by a couple of mouthwatering surprise creations while you journey through the process of preparing these dishes that reflect the chefs' unique styles and expertise.
