Nasi and Mee, the pioneers who introduced Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine nine years ago, are all set to launch their first live sushi bar with a 7-course Omakase experience at their new outlet in Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru. This up-close and experiential dining journey invites guests to witness the chef meticulously crafting dishes right before their eyes.
The menu features an exquisite selection, including a citrusy Carpaccio with beetroot-cured salmon and sashimi-grade Hamachi, handcrafted Salmon Nigiri, Aburi Unagi, and Nori Tacos with addictive fillings like Spicy Tuna and Cream Cheese Salmon, among others.

The experience is further enriched with the new à la carte offerings that take a Nigiri-focused approach. Savour the delicate flavours of Truffle-glazed Thai Asparagus Nigiri, Inari Nigiri, Ebi Nigiri, and Hamachi Nigiri. For those craving more variety, the menu also includes a sashimi platter, Asparagus Tempura & Cream Cheese Maki and Miso-glazed Grilled Corn.
These fresh additions perfectly complement Nasi and Mee’s signature favourites - Singapore Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, Char Kway Teow, and Rendang - that have become staples for guests over the years. All of this is elevated in a tropical-themed space featuring a hand-painted mural inspired by the Malaysian jungles of Borneo and orangutans, all set within Nasi and Mee’s contemporary design.
