Berry Botanic Twist - Portal Gin

Berry Botanic Twist features a blend of botanicals. This cocktail features Portal Gin, blueberry crush, lemon juice, and a splash of grapefruit tonic.

What you will require

Portal Gin 60 ml
Blueberry Crush 30 ml
Lemon Juice 20 ml
Grapefruit Juice  Dash 

How to make it

Combine 60ml of Portal Gin, 30ml of blueberry crush, and 20ml of lemon juice in a shaker. Shake vigorously with ice to blend and chill the ingredients thoroughly. Strain the mixture into a glass over fresh ice. Finish by topping up the glass with grapefruit tonic. Gently stir to incorporate the flavours. Optionally, adorn with a garnish of fresh blueberries or a lemon twist.

Starfire is a spicy-sweet cocktail with a vodka base. This drink has all the drama it requires with ingredients like lavender vodka, vodka, red dragon fruit juice, star anise syrup, clove syrup, lime juice, stillabunt, and basil leaves. This recipe is by Damien Jones from one8 Commune. 

What you will require

Lavender Vodka 15 ml
Vodka 60 ml
Red Dragon Fruit Juice 45 ml 
Star Anise Syrup 12 ml
Clove Syrup 12 ml
Lime Juice 15 ml 
Stillabunt  2 drops
Basil  3 leaves
Soda  50 ml
White Dragon Fruit Balls on a stick 2 nos

How to make it

In a two-piece shaker, combine Lavender Vodka, Vodka, Red Dragon Fruit Juice, Star Anise Syrup, Clove Syrup, Lime Juice, Stillabunt, and Basil Leaves Shake the mixture well. Fill a highball glass with ice.  Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass. Top off with soda, adding 50 ml. Garnish with a few basil leaves. Place two white dragon fruit balls on a stick over the glass and one star anise on top for garnish.

Dark Rum  60 ml 
Coffee 20 ml 
Triple Sec  15 ml

How to make it

Pour 60ml of Nomad Dark Rum, 20ml of coffee, and 15ml of Triple Sec into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice to chill the ingredients. Shake the mixture vigorously until well combined and chilled. Strain the cocktail into a glass. Garnish with an orange twist for an aromatic finish. 

The Indian-style Jamun Highball - Dewars

This marriage of whisky and jamun in a highball cocktail has a quintessentially Indian connection. The aromatic and zesty flavours of jamun stand in strong juxtaposition to the smooth and layered flavour of Dewar's 12-year-old Scotch whisky in the highball - blending together to create a uniquely delectable cocktail with a kick. 

What you will require

Whisky  60 ml
Jamun Syrup 25 ml
Lemon Juice 15 ml 
Soda  To Top 

How to make it

Layer the whisky, jamun syrup, and lemon juice in a highball glass. Fill it with ice and stir till chilled. Top off with more ice and soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel. 

Doja Akai Kasa

Using Doja Gin, strawberry syrup, and citrus, this cocktail is elevated with hibiscus kombucha's effervescence. Finished with a cedar leaf garnish, each sip is a tantalizing fusion of botanical delights, perfect for those seeking a unique and refreshing libation experience

What you will require

Gin 60 ml
Strawberry Syrup 10 ml
Citrus 15 ml
Hibiscus Kombucha 90 ml
Cedar Leaf for garnish

How to make it

Pour 60ml of Doja Gin into a cocktail shaker. Add 10ml of strawberry syrup and 15ml of citrus juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice to chill the ingredients. Shake the mixture vigorously until well combined. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top it off with 90ml of hibiscus kombucha for a refreshing fizz. Garnish the cocktail with a cedar leaf for an aromatic finish.
