Inspire Institue of Sports by JSW Sports
Inspire Institue of Sports by JSW Sports is a sports arm of JSW Group - a Multinational conglomerate company. It is India’s first privately funded High-Performance Training Centre for aspiring athletes in the country. Spread over 42 acres in Vijayanagar, Karnataka, IIS brings together 23 corporate donors who are collectively funding the operations of the institute through CSR funding. The centre trains talented young athletes across five Olympic disciplines - wrestling, boxing, judo, athletics and swimming. With its main centre in Karnataka, they have satellite centres in other states of India.
Jio Institute's Athletic Centre by Reliance Foundation
Jio Institute, in partnership with the Reliance Foundation, a non-profit wing of Reliance Group, an Indian conglomerate has launched a high-performance centre for athletics, which brings together state-of-the-art infrastructure and specialized training under one roof. The athletic centre provides training for individuals who specialise in sprints, jumps and throws. The facilities at this centre in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai include accommodation, nutrition, medical help, training both technical and tactical, a gymnasium, recovery equipment and physiotherapy.
JRD Tata Sports Complex by Tata Group
Inaugurated in 1991, JRD Tata Sports Complex is an initiative of Tata Group, an Indian conglomerate. The 30-acre complex is situated in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and provides athletes with boarding and training facilities. The complex has an international-size football field with an eight-lane synthetic running track around the field. It also houses an Olympic-sized state-of-the-art swimming pool and also offers facilities for 18 sports disciplines such as - archery, basketball, field hockey, swimming, table tennis, tennis, volleyball and more.
Zinc Football Academy by Hindustan Zinc
Zinc Football Academy is an initiative by Vedanta Group’s Hindustan Zinc, India’s only integrated Zinc-Lead-Silver producer. A one-of-a-kind initiative in the country, Zinc Football lays emphasis on promoting grassroots football in India by providing coaching to over 350 passionate children by highly skilled football trainers at 2 community football schools in Rajasthan. Sprawled across 44,543 sq m on both the east and west banks of the Sabarmati River in Ahmedabad this complex is a state-of-the-art facility. This centre provides fitness and training facilities for skateboarding, skating, pickleball, basketball, and tennis with a designated team of coaches and professionals.
