Republic Day is around the corner and you can contribute to the nation by participating in these contests by the government of India in different categories. 

Watching the Republic Day parade and hoisting the tricolor is a matter of pride on the day when the Constitution of India came into effect. However, this year, consider trying something new to enhance the sense of patriotism alongside these continued traditions. 1. National Commission for Women (NCW) Logo Competition

2. Bharat Ki Nari in Sari Contest

The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with MyGov, is hosting a contest, "Bharat Ki Nari in Sari," inviting women from every corner of the nation to showcase their grace, style, and individuality as they don the beautiful six yards of fabric that have been an integral part of our cultural heritage. Participants are encouraged to submit high-resolution images along with a brief description of their chosen saree, its significance, and the inspiration behind their styling, along with their complete name, contact details, and state and district. 3. Share Your Traditional Ways to Store Millets

You can contribute to the documentation of traditional ways of millet storage by taking part in yet another interesting activity brought together by SVASTIK and MyGov, "Share Your Traditional Ways to Store Millets." 5. Design a Mascot for the National Energy Conservation Program

7. Cyber Awareness Street Play Contest

I4C, MHA and National School of Drama are organizing a Cyber Awareness Street Play Contest for all citizens in collaboration with MyGov on the theme - Cyber Safe India. All the participants, through the street play, should aim to spread awareness about cybercrime and cyber hygiene. For more details, check here.

8. Logo Design Competition for National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA)

National Dam Safety Authority, a Department of Water Resources, RD & GR, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens of India to design a suitable logo for the Authority that is commensurate with the mandate assigned to the Authority. The objective of the Logo Designing Competition is to reach out to the citizens of India through creative mediums and, on a large scale, public participation to create awareness about the National Dam Safety Authority. 9. Bharat Tex Eco Style Selfie Contest

In harmony with the global call for sustainability in textiles and as an extension of sustainability at Bharat Tex 2024, the Ministry of Textiles is organizing the "Bharat Tex Eco Style Selfie Contest" on the MyGov platform. This contest invites you to become a global advocate for sustainable fashion, using your selfie as a canvas to showcase eco-friendly textiles, recycled garments, ethical choices, and the beauty of sustainability in the textile industry.
