A Peek in the Past

Parsi Dairy 1

Parsi Dairy Farm was founded in 1916, during the pre-Independence era, when Mumbai was still Bombay and the streets were adorned with colonial cars and no traffic jams. It was founded by Nariman Ardeshir, a Parsi entrepreneur with a deep passion for providing quality dairy. What started as a small operation soon grew into a household name. Ardeshir founded the Parsi Dairy Farm with the motive of producing products with no preservatives, shortcuts, and absolutely no compromise.

This is the secret that laid the foundation for what would become one of the city’s most loved culinary landmarks and the most visited after. The dairy quickly gained popularity not just among the Parsi community of the city but also among others. Because of its high quality and affordability, Mumabikars began relying on it for their daily milk and ghee supplies as well.
