Spotlight on Indian brands rising as the IPL Sponsors for 2024

The men’s IPL 2024 is ongoing currently and is grander than before. With new captains, jerseys, rules and regulations there is an addition of brands as well to this season. With the IPL celebrations going on in almost every house it has become a medium for brands to increase their visibility than merely a sports competition. Let’s explore the Indian brands of respective teams in this IPL from various segments like green tech, food & beverages, fintech, manufacturing, fashion, lifestyle and more. 

Mumbai Indians Sponsors 2024 

Goldi Solar: The manufacturer of solar panels has partnered with MI for sponsorship this year.

Sanghvi S3 Group: Another new addition this season is the real estate development company, Sanghvi S3 Group.

Go Slice: Slice is a fintech company focused on the youth, aiming to build a smart, innovative, and transparent platform to redesign the financial experience. They have been associated with Mumbai Indians since 2022 and continued the deal this year as well. According to sources, the deal was signed for around Rs. 100 crores for three years.

IDFC First Bank: It is an Indian private sector bank. They have also been an existing partner of MI since 2022.

Astral Pipes: They are manufacturers of pipes and fittings. They have been partners with MI since 2020.

Jio: It is a telecom company that has been associated with the Indians since 2018.

Jio Cinema: It is an OTT media streaming platform and the official partner of the team.

Usha: They are a Fast Moving Consumer Durables including products like Fans, Sewing Machines, Home Appliances, and Power Products. They have partnered with MI for the 11th consecutive year. 

Dream11: This is a Fantasy sports platform. It has partnered with a total of 8 teams including MI. 

Kingfisher: An Indian beer brand brewed by United Breweries Group, signed a deal with Mumbai Indians in 2024.

Bisleri: A packaged mineral water, Bisleri is associated with MI as the official hydration partner for 2024.

NIC Ice Creams: Natural ice cream brand has been the new brand on the list of Mumbai Indians sponsors for this season. 

BKT Tires: As the official tyre partner, the tyre manufacturer has sponsored six other teams in this IPL, along with Mumbai Indians.

GK TMT: As a subsidiary of the Real Group, GK manufactures TMT (thermos-mechanically-treated) rebars. They have partnered with the team this year.

Reliance Digital: This Indian consumer electronics retailer is the official partner of MI. 

Max Life Insurance: This insurance company partnered with Mumbai Indians as their insurance partner in 2023 and continues to do so in the current season. 

Bira91: This Alcoholic beverage brand has partnered with Mumbai as the official partner for the 2024 season. 

BoldFit: This Health and fitness products company are the official partner for the MI team in 2024.



Chupps: Chupps, an eco-friendly flip-flop slippers brand, is associated with Mumbai Indians this year as their official footwear partner.

Cybeart: Cyberat, India's first luxury gaming chairs, office chairs, and gaming mouse pads manufacturer, was signed as a merchandise partner by MI in 2023 and continues to do so in 2024.

EUME: The multi-purpose accessories brand is also the merchandise partner for MI in 2024, continuing the deal from last year.

FanCode: The Live Scores & Sports Merchandise Shopping app has been associated with the Mumbai Indians since 2023 and continues the deal this year.

PlayR: The Mumbai Indians announced PlayR as their men’s team’s Official Replica Partner ahead of the 2023 IPL season, and they continue the deal in 2024. PlayR was also their official fan gear partner for the 2022 IPL season.

Shop The Arena: This apparel merchandise brand has been associated with MI as the merchandise partner since 2023. 

Ecentric: Ecentric is a clothing brand that makes sustainable clothes made with hemp. They were onboarded as the official merchandise partners for Mumbai in 2024. 

The Crunch Box: This popcorn brand is the official partner for the team this season.

Hangyo Ice Creams: Ice cream brand: They signed the deal as official partners this year. 

ITC Master Chef Creations: Frozen Foods brand: They have agreed to the official gourmet food partners in 2024.

TVS Eurogrip: Tyre manufacturers: They signed a deal with Chennai Super Kings in 2022 for three years.  

SNJ 10000 & British Empire: Both the alcohol beverage companies are a part of the SJN group and have been associated with CSK since 2019. 

India Cements: Cement manufacturers: India Cement has been a partner as well as one of the owners of the team since the beginning of this franchise in 2008. According to reports, it bid for the team and had to pay the BCCI a total consideration of $91 million over 10 years in equal installments.
