Ethic Attic is a Bangalore-based fair trade and sustainable concept store founded by Pradeep Krishnappa and Rema Sivaram. All the products produced or marketed by Ethic Attic are friendly to the people and planet as their apparel and accessories are made from organic and natural fabrics as said by the brand. Their collections showcase accents of Ikat weaving, hand block printing and hand weaving by skilled craftsmen.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a sustainable clothing brand founded by Rekha Datlav and Shivangini Parihar. The apparel brand uses organic and sustainable fabrics, azo-free and natural dyes and most of the time undyed fabric to eliminate as much of the carbon footprint as possible. They also provide assistance to vulnerable craft communities by partnering with NGOs and craft clusters. Their products are made by the weavers of Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh and block-printed by artisans in Karnataka and Gujarat.

Spring Diaries

Spring Diaries is a fun and playful brand founded by Megha Poddar and Shradha Ponnappa. The brand started with just an exhibition and now has multiple stores. Their store features Western and Indian styles with different materials like Chanderi silk, cotton and Chinnon fabrics.

Collage Shop is one of the oldest homegrown clothing brands in Bangalore. It was founded by Priya Vasudevan in 2005 and they provide breezy and calming printed clothes made from materials like Chanderi, Linen, Silk and Organza. They house clothes and accessories that are formal, festive, casual, elegant and bohemian with a hint of minimal prints as their USP.

He Spoke

Uncuffed is a men’s wedding-wear brand co-founded by Ehtasham and Saagarika on Facebook. It now has a studio in Bangalore. They are a Bespoke brand that offers hand-cut pieces like kurta, bandi, sherwani, bandhgala, suits, tuxedos and duppatas for all occasions.

Founded by Sounak Sen Barat in 2009, its products are a fusion of Indo-western styles like Banarasi silk and embellished with Jamawar motifs and Kamdhani tops adorned with Japanese-influenced motifs. The label draws inspiration from various spheres of modern lifestyle, new age music, graphics, modern art & architecture to provide couture, pret, diffusion and menswear.

The Pink Moon

The Pink Moon is a size-inclusive women’s clothing brand founded by Divya Goenka. The brand provides clothing options for women in sizes 14 and up (L to 6XL). Their In-house manufacturing uses eco-friendly fabrics and materials from export factories and mills to reduce waste in the production process. The unique part about them is that the leftover fabrics are used to add value through free gifts, samples of new styles and pop-up events.
