The city of dreams decks up in the pandals, decorating the streets, waiting for the arrival of Bappa. His aagman (arrival) is no less than a grand extravaganza with the splash of colours, the steps of Ganpati dance and most importantly the reverberating of dhol tasha. Swargandhar Dhol Tasha Pathak is a Pathak formed in 2014. The Pathak was formed to encourage the youth to take up the traditional Marathi art form and now performs in India and the world over. The band also contributes to society from the money they receive from their performances.
