A brainchild of culinary maestro Vedant Newatia, Atelier V exhibits his artistry throughout. "The interiors showcase intricate details from his world travels and the menu unleashes his creativity of global fare in food and spirits. Talking about setting up this avenue in Indore he says, “I started my culinary exploration from here and learnt so much about food from my global travels. I always wanted to return and raise the notch of the food culture in my city. I want people to experience beyond the traditional Indori street food and be open to embracing the variety global cuisine offers. I wish to bring about a change in F&B culture where people also know Indore for gourmet food and cocktails.” 

The extensive brunch menu tastefully blends Classic English, American, Mexican, Spanish, Italian and Vietnamese dishes. Some of the must-try items include Sweet Potato & Black Bean Quesadilla, Spaghetti Puttanesca (savoury pasta with tomatoes, olives and capers), Banh Mi Paneer Burger (Vietnamese style cutlet), Eggs Florentine (poached eggs with sautéed spinach and Hollandaise sauce on bread), Eggs Kejriwal, Chicken Katsu Sando Sandwich (Panko fried chicken, mayonnaise & Tonkatsu between Foccacia loaf).
