If your comfort food is tangdi kebab, seekh, or one pot meal, then here’s a new cloud kitchen in the town that has impressed our tastebuds with flavours and would be a good option for a scrumptious feast at home. Founded by Chef Akhil Multani, The Ghost Chef, has already become our favourite for its quality, quantity, and taste. We recently ordered a few dishes for dinner, and here’s our review.
Kebabs and more
If chicken tangdi kebab is your favourite, do give the Chicken Burra Tangdi a messy bite. This Bhatti-cooked tangdi was moist, tender, and flavourful. The smokiness was on point, and the meat was well-marinated. Dip the tangdi in the chutney to make it extra flavourful. Mutton lovers can go ahead with the classic seekh kebab, which is tender and perfectly spicy. For vegetarians, Techa broccoli and Dahi Ke Kebab can be ordered. Feel free to explore their vegetarian menu, as they have many options. However, we liked the non-veg appetizers more.
If chicken makes everything better for you, you have to try the Chicken Yakhni Pulao and Chicken Ghee Roast. The fiery red gravy with roasted spices and tender chicken chunks will bless your tastebuds with tangy and spicy flavours. Relish this with butter garlic naan, and onion. On the other hand, the slow-cooked chicken and the aromatic rice make Yakhni Pulao a must-try.
Other than these, feel free to try Chatpate Tandoori Aloo, Kalimirch Paneer, Namak Special Dal Khichdi, and Paneer Makhanwala Biryani. The price for two would approximately be Rs.800, which we think is good. They are delivering all across Mumbai and are available on all food aggregators.
