The 75th Cannes Film Festival has begun and our celebrities are making it a visual treat for us with their oh-so-voguish looks by wearing Indian brands at Cannes and so we can't keep calm!
One of the most awaited film festivals of the year is back and it's more stylish than ever. Several Indian celebs including Deepika Padukon, Hina Khan, R Madhavan, and Tamannah Bhatia have graced the red carpet in a stylish way and have turned heads for all right reasons. We can't help but praise how stunning they all look and it makes us even happier to know that they are wearing Indian brands at Cannes 2022.
1. Deepika Padukone in Sabyasachi
Both the outfits that Deepika wore on the first day of Cannes were from the collection of Sabyasachi. The first was a Mysore silk shirt which was paired with pleated wool trousers while the other one was the Bengal Tiger couture Saree. Both the outfits have won appreciation and we can't help but loved how DP pulled them off.
2. Tamannaah Bhatia in Gauri & Nainika
Tamannaah Bhatia wore this custom black & white duchess satin mermaid gown by Gauri & Nainika and we are in love with all her pictures! The draped neck and flowing train detailing add more to the beauty of this gown and we can say Gauri & Nainika can turn fabrics into outfits of our dreams with their creative minds!
3. Masoom Minawala in Amit Aggarwal
We have always adored Masoom Minawala but she looked like a dream in this embroidered cape sleeve blouse and draped skirt. This sophisticated outfit by Amit Aggarwal was hand-embroidered and feature the detailings of buggle beads, pearls, and yarns. We are in love! What about you?
4. Malvika Sitlani in Papa Dont Preach By Shubhika
Digital creator Malvika Sitlani Aryan chose to wear this cute purple dress by Papa Dont Preach by Shubhika which looked completely alluring. This fashion label has a fantastic collection that features lit and unique outfits and no wonder why Malvika decided to go ahead with it for such an important event.
5. Diipa Khosla in Manish Malhotra
Entrepreneur Diipa Büller-Khosla wore this breathtaking white sari by Manish Malhotra and we can see why! It was in fact styled by Manish Malhotra himself and he definitely made Diipa look like a white goddess. We loved it and let's all agree that no one else does Sari like Manish Malhotra and these photos of Diipa are proof of that.
6. R Madhavan in Manish Malhotra
R. Madhavan, aka Maddy, aka our forever crush walked the red carpet in a Manish Malhotra's ensemble for his first day at Cannes and looked absolutely debonair and handsome (as always). He even shared his photo on his Instagram feed thanking the designer for making him feel so good about himself.
7. Tarini Peshawaria in Ambika Lal
Digital creator Tarini Peshawaria shared the much-awaited red carpet images wearing a breathtaking lavender gown by Ambika Lal on her Instagram and we are still in awe of her. Tarini looked totally divine in this frill dress and we can't stop adoring her.
8. Mame Khan in The Desi Style Tribe
Mame Khan was the first Indian folk artist to walk the red carpet and aced his appearance in a traditional way. He wore a vibrant pink kurta set with an embroidered blue jacket designed by Anjuli Chakraborty and paired it with the traditional headgear and sunglasses.
9. Niharika NM
One of our favourite content creators Niharika NM wore a black beauty by Paras & Shalini and literally looked like a cinderella. This layered black gown with silver earrings and a super cute hairstyle has all our hearts and we can't stop staring at Niharika!! What about you?
