Other than Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal here is a list of celebrities who got married in Rajasthan and planned their dream wedding in the gorgeous palaces and heritage hotels of the state.

It's been a while since the wedding of Katrina Kaif, and Vicky Kaushal has been the talk of the town, or we should rather say, talk of the country. They are going to get married at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan's Sawai Madhopur district. But, did you know they are not the first ones to pick Rajasthan as their wedding venue? Many other celebrities exchanged their vows and got married in Rajasthan. So, stop guessing and keep reading to know more about them.

1. Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Sahay at Radisson Blu Palace in Udaipur

Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh and his girlfriend Rukmini Sahay tied the knot on Radisson Blue Palace, which is located on the shores of Fateh Sagar Lake. This elegant resort hotel with a dome-accented roof had almost every single big name from the Indian film industry as its guest. It was a three-day wedding affair that still remains one of the iconic Bollywood Shaadi. 

2. Raveena Tandon and Anil Thadani at Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur

The OG Tip Tip Barsa Pani girl, the 90s superstar Raveena Tondon got married to film distributor Anil Thadani in Udaipur in 2004. This splendid wedding took place at Shiv Niwas Palace. The festivities happened against the iconic backdrop of Jag Mandir, surrounded by Lake Pichola. The entire palace was shining bright with lights and flowers and looked all magical.

3. Katy Perry and Russell Brand at Aman-e-Khas luxury resort near Ranthambore

The pop star Katy Perry and comedian Russell Brand tied their knot in October 2010 at the beautiful Aman-i-Khas resort near the Ranthambhore tiger sanctuary in Rajasthan. This wedding was a private affair and thus had only 80 guests. The resort was lit with lamps, lights were set up to illuminate the trees, and flower garlands were also used to decorate the luxury tents.

4. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur

After getting engaged in August 2018, the power couple exchanged vows and became a stronger couple in the breathtaking Umaid Bhavan Palace hotel in Jodhpur. This lavish wedding was full of colours and went on for 3 days. This fairytale kind of wedding was not less than a dream and did leave everybody in awe!

5. Rajat Tokas with Srishti Nayyar at Zenana Mahal in Udaipur

Television heartthrob, aka Akbar from TV series Jodha Akbar, married his girlfriend Srishti Nayya at Zenana Mahal in Udaipur. Located at one end of The City Palace with a large spacious court or the Laxmi Chowk in the center, Zenana Mahal is no less than a dream. In fact, Rajat even arrived for his wedding in grand style on an elephant.

6. Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar at  Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur

English actress, comedian, businesswoman, and model Elizabeth Hurley exchanged vows with Indian businessman Arun Nayar at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur. The couple held the pre-wedding festivities at a few places in the city. The sangeet happened at the Nagaur Fort, while the reception took place at the Mehrangarh Fort. Also, just like Jonas and Chopra, the couple had a western wedding at the Sudeley Castle in England.

7. Shriya Saran and Andrei Koscheev at Deoghar Mahal in Udaipur

Actress Shriya Saran and her Russian boyfriend Andrei Koscheev married at the majestic at Deogarh Mahal in Udaipur. This heritage hotel that oozes nothing but royalty looked gorgeous with white floral décor, chandeliers, and candles at the Sangeet night. This grand ceremony was private, and so, not a lot of details were out. However, according to some news portals, the couple had exchanged their vows as per Hindu traditions.

8. Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal at The Oberoi Udaivilas Hotel in Udaipur

Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal celebrated their pre-wedding festivities in Udaipur. Not just International & Bollywood celebrities were their guests, but also the business and political circuits of the country were present at their ceremony. Also, inside the hotel, the Ambanis even set up a Swadesh Bazaar for guests to showcase India's rich art and craft heritage. However, the couple hosted their wedding in Mumbai at the Ambani residence, Antilia.
