The country is still fighting the COVID-19 crisis, and there's no doubt that our frontline workers are giving their best to save the country in every possible way. One such example was seen in Ladakh recently when MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal Monday lauded 4 healthcare workers crossing the river by sitting on the arm of an earthmover machine.

The netizens especially the Twitterati went all loud and saluted the spirit of the medical staff battling to save lives. "Hats off & salute to these superhumans." reads one comment. " Beautiful …A Very Big Salute to them, you all are doing the best works in this world, God bless you all", " Kudos to the real warriors!!" read another.

According to the latest report the union territory has recorded 61 fresh COVID-19 cases. These new ones have taken the total number to 19,258. However, on Tuesday, the active cases dropped to 1,011. Since the first wave of the pandemic, Ladakh has seen a total of 195 COVID-19 related deaths.



According to the Indian Medical Association (IMA), 24 doctors have died due to the second wave of COVID-19. So, If the doctors and other healthcare workers are giving their best, we should too help them by staying home and getting the vaccine as early as possible.
