During the second wave of the pandemic, these homegrown musicians are raising funds for Covid-19 relief, and helping people in need!
Music is indeed a therapy, but these musicians have made it even soothing with their Covid-19 fundraisers. Some of them are donating their 100% proceeds to different NGOs and organizations working towards Covid relief, while some are making every stream count and serving meals. 1. Sandunes Music
Sanaya Ardeshir aka Sandunes is an electric music artist. She is raising funds for Covid affected people through her Covid-Relief Sample Pack. This pack is a bespoke sample pack of sounds created by musicians and producers from across the globe. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to YUVA, to help them purchase basic health equipment and upgrade existing hospital infrastructure. Indus is an Independent Musician and an Interdisciplinary Designer. His debut track 'Finding Myself' is a great listen, but what makes it even amazing is that with every 3 stream 1 meal is served to a needy person. 3. Boxout FM
Boxout FM is an online Community Radio and they are featuring artists & DJs from over 20 countries. Boxout FM will donate all its proceeds to the Give India Foundation, which is actively working to help COVID-19 patients, their families and healthcare workers at this time of crisis. 4. Arjun Vagale
Widely celebrated as the pioneer of techno in India, Arjun Vagale is one of India’s most acclaimed DJs. His cutting-edge productions have seen a massive global reach, and if you are into electronic music, you must have heard of him. Along with other electronic musicians like Dotdat and Kohra, Arjun has raised $4200 with their “SOS” compilation which features unreleased music and is available via Bandcamp. 5. Arna Bhattacharya
Bengaluru's Arna Bhattacharya is raising funds for buying thermometers and oximeters for the underprivileged. She is working with multiple NGOs like Sampark, the AECS Layout Residents Association, and the Rotary Club Agartala for the distribution. Help her raise more funds here.
6. Aparna Krishnankumar

Rupam Islam is a well-known Bengali singer, songwriter, music composer, and writer. He is the lead vocalist of the popular Bengali Rock Band Fossils. Since the lockdown, his team has been working towards providing essential items like food, medicines, and more.
