Step 3 Check if there is water in Sabudana then Drain it Step 4 Add all the ingredients and mix them properly Step 5 Give shape of cutlet or as per your choice Step 5 Heat oil to medium heat. Step 6 Check Oil for heat by dropping a small piece of our sabudana mix..It should not burn neither stay at the bottom if oil is less hot.
