Nahargarh Biological Park or Nahargarh Zoological Park is a bold highlight of Rajasthan’s adventure tourism.  Nahargarh Biological Park is a part of the Nahargarh sanctuary and is located 12 km from Jaipur on the Jaipur-Delhi Highway.

The park resides under the Aravalli ranges and covers a large area of 720 hectares. The park is known for its vast flora and fauna and was built with the vision to preserve it. The park is divided into 2 sections, where one focuses on different species of birds and plants.

At the Nahargarh Biological Park, you can also indulge into bird watching and can catch a glimpse of some rare species of birds.  Over 285 species of birds reside here, of which, the most popular is the white-naped tit.

Other than the intense varieties of plants and birds, the Nahargarh Zoological park also stands out as a famous tourist spot and haven for wildlife lovers.

The park acts as a natural habitat to a wide species of animals and is a 3kms long mount.  Animals like the Asiatic lion, tiger, leopard, caracal, panther, crocodile, gharial, pangolin, fox, wolf, jackal, hyena, wild dog, civet, otter, sloth bear, rattlesnakes, langur, and rhesus monkey can be spotted here.
